TZELO

Designed to manufacture 10 identical lamps,
Tzelo was created to optimize production while still allowing customizable colors.
The lamp proved to be a huge success at Georgia Tech’s

inspo.
“...have you ever seen a transparent fish?”

This was my a-ha moment.

What if I designed a lamp where the structure itself is visible —where the outer layer defines the form,
yet the inside remains open, filled with air instead of solid material?

concept.

A minimalist statement piece that captures light within its sculptural form, offering both aesthetic appeal and functional illumination. Designed to have no internal framework, emphasizing on its transparency: absence of a visible skeleton inside.

key features.

The transparent acrylic allows light to pass through, blending the bulb’s warm white glow with the chosen acrylic color, creating a luminous, multi-toned effect.

The dimmable light bulb further enhances the ambiance, ensuring the perfect lighting effect.
The flat-back acrylic design enables users to mount this statement light piece on their wall, doubling as both functional lighting and decorative art.
The light bulb mimics the vintage aesthetic of an old Edison bulb while using modern LED technology.

Not a fan of the bulb?

No problem—simply unscrew the fasteners holding the two pieces together for quick and easy access.

process.
